GREEN CLEANING
We prefer green cleaning processes that assist building management professionals in pursuit of their goal to provide a clean, healthy, and safe building environment while simultaneously minimizing the impact of cleaning processes, procedures, and products on people and the natural environment.
Our goal is to minimize exposure of building occupants to potentially hazardous chemical, biological, and particle contaminants which may adversely impact air quality, personal health, building finishes, systems, and the environment, and to balance this with the cost and quality.
The needs of vulnerable occupants, such as occupants with asthma or other respiratory conditions, compromised immune systems, or sensitive or damaged skin, should be considered to ensure that adequate precautionary measures are included in your building cleaning program.
Wherever feasible, cleaning products and materials that we use are compatible with the requirements of LEED v4.1 O+M and the associated credits for janitorial service, products, supplies, and equipment. These products display either the ECOLOGO or Green Seal symbol, or meet the stringent requirements of California Code of Regulations or California Public Resources Code.
The Green products we use include bio-enzymatic cleaners, hard floor cleaners, carpet cleaners, general purpose cleaners, specialty cleaners, odor control products, disinfectants, paper products, trash bags, and hand soaps.
All Green cleaning equipment is engineered to minimize vibration, noise, and user fatigue; has safeguards, such as rollers or rubber bumpers, to reduce potential damage to building surfaces; is equipped with variable-speed feed pumps and on-board chemical metering to optimize the use of cleaning fluids; and operate at a sound level of less than 70 decibels. All of our vacuum machines carry the CRI “Seal of Approval”.
Our focus for Green Cleaning supports:

We use only cold water, in lieu of hot water. All cleaners and concentrates that we use are designed to be most effective when used with cold water. Use of cold water reduces energy consumption by water heaters, reduces the possibility of burns or scalding to personnel, and minimizes harmful off-gassing of chemicals.
We conserve potable water to the maximum extent possible. Our strategies include using a spray bottle in lieu of a bucket of water, observing the appropriate dilution rates to minimize post-clean rinsing, and mixing chemical and water with metered dispensers.
Cleaning ‘Green’ and simultaneously achieving a sanitized, visually pleasurable, and odorless work environment is really possible.
DISINFECTION
If your facility needs disinfection service call 317-891-1736.
We consider our industry as the first line of defense against infectious disease and people’s lives. We clean, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces, thereby reducing and eliminating pathogens. That’s what we’re trained to do – we protect the lives of clinical staff, patients, visitors, and our employees.
We’ve gained expert knowledge and professional experience cleaning and disinfecting during the H1N1, MRSA, Ebola, and COVID-19 pandemic, and we’re using that experience to provide the best possible service for our customers.
Our staff are trained and certified to industry standards for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting with EPA approved disinfectants. Our employees are trained in Bio-Hazard Cleanup procedures and they have specific work instructions for cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, and disposal of blood and Other Potentially Infectious Materials (OPIM). Our employees are also trained on Bloodborne Pathogen Standards, Infection Control, and Exposure Control as required in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030.
We disinfect using our Emergency Response Team (ERT). Our ERT’s are fully equipped with dedicated vehicles, complete personal protective equipment, disinfecting solutions, and application tools to disinfect a single office or a 40 acre complex.
FLOOR MAINTENANCE
Exceptional quality floor service is what our company was founded on, and because of our reputation, continues today as our most requested service.
Make a great first impression with clean and shining floors. When people enter your building, the first thing they usually notice is the cleanliness of the floor. We customize our program to meet your needs and improve the appearance of your floors.
We’re at the forefront of our industry, using the newest technology available, and applying our vast experience to provide you superior service that you won’t find anywhere else.
We offer the 3M proprietary Stone Protection Program and Resilient Floor Protector process for Terrazzo, Stone, and VCT flooring.
This process uses Trizact, diamond impregnated polishing pads of varying grits, to smooth your floor to a high luster, giving modern construction a brilliant shine, and historical buildings a more period authentic look, while eliminating the need for annual stripping and refinishing services.
Vinyl Floor Tile (VCT) is frequently chosen by design engineers for high-traffic areas because of its low cost, durability, and ease of maintenance. Vinyl tiles have high resilience to abrasion and impact damage and can be repeatedly refinished using chemical strippers and mechanical buffing equipment.
We’ve polished several VCT floors in Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois, both tile and sheet installations, to reclaim the brilliant shine expected by our customers, and restore the beautiful appearance that’s expected for VCT.
Terrazzo flooring is chosen by designers for its exceptional beauty and resilience. We’ve polished several Terrazzo floors, both concrete and epoxy base, in historic and new construction, reclaiming the brilliant shine associated with marble and restoring the beautiful appearance that’s expected of a premium floor.
These processes will provide an exceptionally brilliant appearance that withstands the abuse of high level foot traffic, and incorporates long lasting wear with the elimination of stripping finish and applying new finish annually.
Carpet is an investment for your business and adds value and prestige to your establishment. However, carpet needs extremely fine care! Professional cleaning and regular maintenance are key toward keeping your carpet looking like new and protecting the surface from stains.
In addition to Terrazzo, VCT, and Carpet we also service Ceramic Tile, Porcelain Tile, Saturnia Tile, Travertine Tile, Marble, and Concrete flooring.
We use state-of-the-art tools ranging from extraction machines to rotary bonnets to remove stains, clean the carpet, and protect your investment.
We utilize the newest technology, equipment, processes, and supplies to provide an exceedingly high standard of cleanliness and appearance.
WINDOW CLEANING
Clean windows make a great first impression. They’re an integral piece of your property’s visual appeal and usually the first thing people notice when approaching your building. Our company can help you with maintaining your building’s visual appeal.
Along with mechanical lifts and rappel systems, we also use ‘top-of-the-line’ water-fed pole cleaning systems to clean your windows, which allows us to clean windows without the use of lifts, ladders, or scaffolding up to 50’ from ground level.
This relatively new system provides us purified/filtered water, enabling us to obtain a streak-free and spotless window every time we clean. The water system operates on reverse osmosis and cleansing filters. The filtration process begins by passing tap water through a sediment and carbon filter, then through a reverse osmosis filter, and completes the cleansing cycle as it passes through a final filter to de-ionize the cleansed water.
This system reduces the amount of water required to clean your windows and enables us to use less cleaning chemical, which results in less impact on the environment, and reduces your buildings ecological footprint.
We customize window cleaning to meet your need. You don’t need a recurring cleaning contract. Federal government Purchase Order and Credit Card accepted. We offer year-round service. We’re fully insured. We guarantee you’ll be 100% satisfied with our service.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
We implement waste management practices to support the operation of a high-performance sustainable building and encourage reuse and recycling consistent with the Guiding Principles for Sustainable Federal Buildings.
Our waste management program includes the collection and disposal of non-hazardous solid waste, segregated recyclables, and segregated compostable organic waste. We prefer to use recycling, composting, and other green methods of disposal as alternatives to landfills and incineration of solid waste.
We do not provide waste management services for typically prohibited wastes e.g. fluorescent light bulbs, thermostats, thermometers, chemicals, and batteries (nickel-cadmium and small, sealed lead acid batteries in electronic equipment, mobile phones, portable computers, and emergency lighting). In addition, those items prohibited by law, e.g. electronic equipment, computers, televisions, radios, and any electronic item, will not be accepted as waste.
Our waste management program complies with federal, state, and local solid waste and recycling mandates.
