Quality is of paramount importance toward achieving our mission and the quality of service we provide is the primary determinant of our value to the customer.

Our objectives are to ensure quality standards are consistently met at the point of delivery; develop mutually beneficial partnering relationship with our customers based on shared expectations; provide the highest quality of service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction; and provide continual employment opportunities for our community.

We utilize performance based cleaning and work schedules are customized to meet the need of the cleaning requirement. The purpose of the customized schedule is to manage cleaning efforts to maintain expenditures and still provide the quality service that our customer expects. The service plan is unique to each location; however, standardized work instructions dictate task completion processes.

We employ a Quality Control Specialist to validate the quality of our services. The Quality Control Specialist inspects to compare the quality of service we provide to the performance quality standards of the contract. Our inspection process is designed to identify existing or emerging performance problems prior to the performance level becoming unacceptable or noticeable.

We use data collected from our inspections to identify trends, critical areas, and opportunities for improvement. In the event that a service deficiency is identified, we will respond rapidly to ensure the gap is filled and service is provided as expected.

We strive to learn of, and follow, best practices as new and improved methods for delivering services are discovered. Camacho Janitorial fosters a continuous improvement culture whereby, anyone, at any time, can submit recommendations that might enhance our service to the customer or improve the process by which we deliver our services.

We believe in presenting a professional appearance, so every employee is provided distinctive uniform and Identification badges for wear and use when providing services. Employees are screened with police checks and background investigations for many of our contracts, ensuring a dependable and honest workforce. We train every employee on positive characteristics and attitudes which make work a positive and rewarding experience.
